BELCO would like to advise customers that its Customer Experience Department will be closed from 2:30-3:30pm tomorrow, Friday, November 17th, to enable Team members to attend an emergency Union meeting.  This will include Cashiers for bill payment, the Customer Experience Centre for walk-in customers and telephone response.

Direct Debit payments will be processed automatically and payments may still be made online, via ATMs, BELCO drop boxes and remote payment locations including AllTalk in St. George’s, MarketPlace in Somerset and The Money Shop in the Washington Mall.  Please note that The Money Shop charges a fee for accepting payment.

We apologize for the short notice and for any inconvenience this may cause our valued customers. Customer queries, including those concerns regarding early payment discounts can be directed to Customer Care on 299.2800 or via email at info@belco.bm.
