We are pleased to announce that 22 staff members recently completed and received their ILM Level 3 Certificates in Leadership and Management.
ILM, the UK’s leading provider of specialist leadership qualifications, enables people and organisations to develop their leadership skills in the areas they need it most like decision-making, teamwork, strategic planning and so on, through the development, assessment and accreditation. All ILM qualifications are awarded by The City and Guilds of London Institute, which was founded in 1878 and is incorporated by Royal Charter.
The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management programme was designed for junior managers and administered between April 2021 and January 2022. Due to the COVID pandemic, workshops were facilitated virtually. All recipients were presented with their ILM Level 3 certificates in April 2022.
Our ILM 3 certified team members include: Andrew Cabral, Orrin Caines, Lacy Carter, Renee DeShields, Rasheen Durrant, Derika Furbert, Jarrod Zancanella, Leonard Grant , Kevin Greaves, Ryan Hayward, Jan Locke, Deanda McIlwain, Eusebio Symonds, Burton Maderios, Naji Pearman, Jonathan Pedro, Nafeesa Rasheed, Andrew Rothwell, Ferdinand Simons-Crane, Marlowe Smith and Tyrone Smith.
